Get your UX research processes and materials in order before you start. Research is like kitchen work: the better you prep, the faster and cleaner the work goes. If you don’t prepare, you end up with a huge mess and a kitchen on fire. Always set your ingredients and processes up so they’re easy to reuse as needed.
